1. Dispatch Timelines

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday through Saturday) are typically packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on Sundays or public gazetted holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Estimates Across India

Delhi NCR & Northern Region: 1 to 3 Business Days
Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad): 2 to 5 Business Days
Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Towns & Rural): 4 to 7 Business Days
Heavy Commercial Freight (Pipes, Bulk Sanitaryware, Cement): Handled via road transport carriers (V-Trans, TCI, Safechem) with specific dock delivery schedules.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated dynamically based on total order weight, volume, and destination pincode at checkout. Orders qualifying for promotional free delivery will clearly display ₹0.00 Delivery Fee on the checkout screen.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your shipment is picked up by our logistics partner, a tracking number and courier tracking link will be sent to your registered email and mobile number. You can also view live status anytime under My Orders.

5. Damaged Shipments

If the outer shipping carton arrives visibly punctured or tampered with, please take photos/video of the box before opening, write a note on the delivery acknowledgement sheet, and immediately notify us at support@sainikhardware.in or call +91 8008006697.
