2. Product Descriptions & Pricing

We make every effort to display the specifications, colors, dimensions, and images of hardware tools and fittings accurately. Prices for all products are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of GST as indicated during checkout. SainikHardware reserves the right to correct any inadvertent typographical or pricing errors before order fulfillment.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. SainikHardware reserves the right to accept or decline your order for reasons including inventory stock shortages, pricing discrepancies, or unserviceable delivery locations. Orders may be cancelled by the customer prior to package dispatch directly from the My Orders dashboard.

4. Manufacturer Warranty

Power tools and branded equipment are covered under original manufacturer warranties (e.g., Bosch, Makita, Dewalt, Stanley, etc.). SainikHardware provides official GST tax invoices for warranty registration at authorized brand service centers across India.

5. Limitation of Liability

SainikHardware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse, improper electrical installation, or physical mishandling of hardware tools purchased from our portal. Always follow standard industrial safety protocols and wear protective gear.
